However, organizations should be able to identify management information points to support some assessment of the change. I wonder, then, if any company has hard data on the operational costs of teams generally. If anyone has data on the cost before and after using Teamwork, that’s even better. What measurements did you use? Over what period of time? The challenges?
I am interested in having one or two case studies as a team coach – I come at this work from the human dynamics involved – and consult various organizations on how to establish (or re-orient) teams on a solid foundation applying a systems approach to teams covering several factors relating to alignment, trust, constructive communication, accountability, optimism etc. I do not need to name the companies if anonymity is preferred but I would like to address the economic gains for getting teamwork right. Any pointers to hard data would be most appreciated.
