Finally, the states have received word about allocations for the WIOA and Wagner-Peyser programs for July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.  The state of Missouri has a 10.45% decrease in their allocation for WIOA programs.  The Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) was released on Friday; follow this link to see the document: https://wdr.doleta.gov/directives/corr_doc.cfm?DOCN=8229.

The Missouri Division of Workforce Development will prepare regional allocations – I anticipate having that information in the next few days.  While the -10.45% is the state allocation, our allocation could be higher or lower based on our regional relative share of the state funds.   You can read about relative share on attachments B-1 and C-1 of the TEGL.
