Under the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), each Workforce Development Board is required to establish a Memorandum of Understanding and Infrastructure Funding Agreements (MOU/IFAs) for our regional Job Centers. The NW WDB staff and our One-Stop Operator have developed the MOU/IFA and will present them to the CLEO Coordinating Committee and the NW WDB Executive Committee for review and approval, which is mandated by the federal act.
Available for download below is the meeting announcement and MOU/IFA document that will be discussed during the conference calls; these are open business meeting sessions – anyone is welcome to participate. Tuesday, January 28th at 1:00 is the CLEO call; Thursday, January 30th at 8:00 a.m. is the NW WDB Executive Committee call. Both meetings have the same agenda and will cover the same material; you only need to participate in one.
