The Workforce Development Board, comprised of the 34 contiguous counties of North  Missouri, is seeking proposals to subcontract with any group, agency, institution, public or private to provide WIOA Adult/Dislocated Worker, Youth Program Services, as well as a One-Stop Operator to eligible individuals under Section 188 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, (P.L. 113-128).

This Request for Proposals (RFP) will consist of approximately $1,041,478 in WIOA Title I Adult/Dislocated Worker and Youth funds for a time period beginning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.

All interested parties may obtain a copy of the RFP documents by going to the WDB’s website at www.nwwdb.org. Proposals will be received until 10:00 AM on May 15, 2023.
