This modification provides funding allocations in the amount of $763,057 to serve WIOA eligible adults, dislocated workers and youth for the period July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. The Northeast and Northwest Workforce Development Boards are petitioning the State of Missouri Workforce Development Board to re-designate the two Workforce Development Areas into one region and recognize them as one Local Workforce Development Area to be served by one Workforce Development Board.   Information regarding this merger can be found in the application available for download below.

This modification makes available $252,503 in WIOA Adult, $316,675 in WIOA Dislocated Worker and $306,931 in WIOA Youth funding for the period July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023. In addition, this modification revises the region’s Sub-State Monitoring and Adult Priority of Services policies, provides an updated Board Member Roster and Committee assignments as well as authorizes $2,254 in additional FY21 Dislocated Worker re-allotted funds to the ABCD Sub-region for direct participant support.

The Northwest Region Workforce Development Board, comprised of the 18 contiguous counties of Northwest Missouri, is seeking proposals to subcontract with any group, agency, institution, public or private to provide WIOA One-Stop Operator and Program Services to eligible individuals under Section 188 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, (P.L. 113-128).

This Request for Proposals will consist of approximately $493,440 in WIOA Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker funds and $231,679 in WIOA Youth funds for a time period beginning July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.

Request for Bid – 2002 Dodge Caravan

The NW Workforce Development Board is seeking bids for the sale of a 2002 Dodge Caravan with 125,535 miles.  The van runs and drives and is in fair to good condition.  The van is located at the St. Joseph Youth Alliance facility at 5223 Mitchell.
