Adult Program
Individuals 18 years and over have to meet income guidelines to be eligible. Services begin with core and if need arises participant will move to intensive services. This program is designed to assist eligible persons in achieving their career goal.Services include:
- Initial Assessment
- Outreach, Intake, & Orientation
- Eligibility Determination
- Job search, job placement assistance and career counseling
- Resume assistance
- Labor market information
- Performance/cost information on training provided
- Performance information on the One-Stop support services
- Information on unemployment claims
- Information on financial ail for training
- Follow-up services

Dislocated Worker Program
Those eligible for dislocated worker services include workers permanently laid off from their job due to a workforce reduction, business closure or farm failure and displaced homemakers including military service members or military spouses. Services include:- Assessment of education, experience, and skills to determine marketability to the desired workforce area;
- Assistance with basic education skills or in obtaining a General Equivalency Degree;
- Classroom training provides the classroom or vocational training necessary for laid-off workers to re-enter the workforce in a new occupation;
- On-the-job training to provide laid-off workers the opportunity to train for a new job while working and earning a paycheck;
- Job development and placement are provided to help laid-off workers find employment in high demand occupations; and
- Counseling to help workers overcome the trauma of job loss, loss of health care and other company benefits, strain of financial obligations, family problems, and uncertainties about remaining in community.

Youth Program
Through the Workforce Development Programs, services are provided to improve the long term job opportunities for economically disadvantaged youth. The Programs encourage school completion or enrollment in high school equivalency programs. These programs assist eligible youth, ages 14 through 24, to obtain employment through work experience and help them to improve their academic skills to successfully move from school to work. Goal setting is a primary focus in youth programs. Services include:- Tutoring, study skills training and instruction leading to secondary school completion;
- Alternative secondary school offerings;
- Summer employment opportunities directly linked to academic and occupational training;
- Paid and unpaid work experiences, including internships and job shadowing;
- Occupational skill training;
- Leadership development opportunities;
- Supportive services;
- Adult mentoring;
- Follow-up services; and
- Comprehensive guidance and counseling.
